Honey & Cinnamon Facial Masque Recipe

This facial mask can be added to a smoothie or used to reduce redness in the skin. Combine two tablespoons of honey, one teaspoon of cinnamon and one teaspoon of nutmeg. Apply to skin & wipe with a wash cloth soaked in warm water. The spices act as an anti inflammatory causing the redness reducing effect!
