facebookcover_allaboardWho says a spa can’t happen in the air?

Flying can be stressful, long and restless. It also isn’t an optimal environment for healthy skin.

  • No humidity
  • Recycled air
  • Fluctuating temperatures

The editors at have found some of the ways to help your skin stay in optimal health, especially during the long haul flights. People won’t be able to tell you just landed!

Short Flight: 1 to 3 hours long

Early or late flight? Take this time to re-energize your eyes. When you’re settled in your seat, put on the Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Eye Mask.  Let the hydrating magic begin and leave it on for about 15 minutes before removing. Put on a cloth eye mask to cover them up as you wait.

Use a serum. Dr. Gross’ Clinical Concentrate Radiance Booster will leave your smooth and radiant and is great to combine with makeup!

Medium Flight: 4 to 8 hours long

Cleanse your skin when you’re able to move around the cabin. Dermalogica’s UltraCalming Kit has the perfect travel sizes. The UltraCalming Cleanser doesn’t require water to washed off and is gentle on skin. Massage on and wipe away with cotton pads or tissue paper.

Apply a moisturizing mask for the remainder of the flight. Coming soon to is Avene’s Soothing Moisture Mask. It’s translucent and will be offering your skin nutrients for the remainder of your flight.

Red Eye Flight

Apply an overnight sleeping mask. We love Peter Thomas Roth Mega Rich Anti-Aging Sleeping Mask. You can tissue it off or apply a thin layer to leave on and rinse off when you land. You’ll look like you never missed a beat!
