Make Waves With Hot Holiday Curls and Hairstyles

Jessica Simpson Often Opts for Curly and Wavy Hairstyles

The Holidays are almost upon us and we all want to look fabulous from head to toe for festive parties.  In a break away from sleek, straight styles, we expect to see a lot of curls  and bounce in the hottest holiday hairstyles this year.  Read on for the perfect way to make waves–and an entrance–this holiday season.

The best way to make curls and unruly behave is to keep hair healthy.  Use a deep-conditioning treatment on your hair every two weeks to “feed” your hair and keep it strong, shiny and healthy.  CHI’s Silk Infusion is perfect for this.

Hydrated hair is essential for healthy curls.  If you have naturally curly hair, let it dry naturally whenever you can to avoid drying them out.

We also suggest using a hydrating shampoo and conditioner, such as CHI Infra Shampoo and treatment, to help lock in moisture.  These products nourish your hair, tame frizz and smooth flyaway’s in any weather.

To create glamorous holiday curls, we suggest shampooing and conditioning your hair.  While the hair is still wet, spray with a thermal protection spray.  We like CHI Iron Guard.  Then dry hair on medium heat.  If you prefer using rollers, dry hair until slightly damp.  If you’re opting for a curling iron or waver, dry hair fully.

Add a touch of holiday sparkle to your curls–a necklace in place of a headband can be a beautiful, glamorous touch.
