Tutorial Tuesday – Dramatic Winged Eyeliner

The trick to dramatic winged eyeliner is to use a liquid eyeliner and draw the outlines first.

Start at the inner corner of your eyelid and apply a thin line towards the outer corner. (you can fill in the space later).

Then create a small wing from the bottom, outer corner of your eye towards your temple.

Keep this small as the look will be dramatic without being a thick facial stripe.

Connect the top and bottom line with a point then fill in the space.

This is a beautiful look for a night out!

Tutorial Tuesday – Gel Eyeliner

You will be shocked at how easy it is to create your own gel eyeliner without shelling out the extra cash. Hold any lighter to a typical pencil eyeliner for 2 seconds. Be careful not to exceed this time as eyeliner melts fast! Let the liner cool a bit and then apply. It will glide on extra smooth! TT-Gel-Liner

Quick Beauty Tip – Use Colored Liner

If you’re rocking the super hot, Summer bang look, you may be suffering from “disappearing eyelid syndrome”.

Depending on the weather, or how long it has been since your last cut, your bangs have the tendency to cover your done up eyelids, and you miss out on the chance to brighten them up.

In order to pull off that POP use a colored liner on your top and bottom lid, like Kourtney’s royal blue eyeliner look shown here.

Tutorial Tuesday – Mascara as Eyeliner

There is nothing worse than getting ready for a night on the town and misplacing your eyeliner except maybe running to the ladies room for a touch up and realizing you forgot your eyeliner altogether! Here’s a creative way to use mascara as eyeliner. Simply take an angle brush and apply mascara to the upper lid using the guideline below. No one will know the difference!
